No top, bottom adjustmen for now, but textwidth can be adjusted by -/+

Top and bottom margins would indeed be pretty helpful; e.g. a setting so we can leave one line blank at the top and bottom.

I'd also like top and bottom margins - the text can be quite close to the edge of the terminal. Perhaps this issue should be renamed to "[Feature Request] Adjust Top and Bottom Margins"?

Also, for anyone who has this thought, font size can be adjusted by the terminal itself. That's usually mapped to CTRL_SHIFT_+/-.
