如果client直接对svr是这样的，中间可以加个gateway，client->gateway(grpc-lb)->svr

@harlanc gRPC基于HTTP/2 标准设计，client获取到服务节点，并不会一直进行TCP连接，只是调用的时候才向服务节点发送请求
