This does seem to be a bug. This line is executed every time casacnpdriver is called and a new met.nc file is read in, which is every year during a transient run.
FYI: The value of casaflux%CnppAn was mean to be the previous's year's ANPP, but instead it sums the xcnpp values calculated as xcgpp/2 from the met.nc file. The annual NPP value in the casa annual netcdf output file is casabal%FCnppyear, not the same annual NPP variable so it is OK.
This issue has been resolved with code checked in 3/9/2020.
