mks's Issues

Terminal Key Presses Silent Except for Modifier Keys

I am experiencing an unusual issue with MKS on my Mac where normal key presses do not produce any sound within the Terminal application, while modifier keys (Shift, Control, Option, Command) do trigger the expected sound effects.

On my macBook everything just goes well.

Anyone has the same problem?

Separate volume options for keyboard and mouse click

Is there a way that I could set keyboard's volume at 100% and mouse click's volume at 50% separately? I don't mind loud typing sound but mouse click's sound is a different story. I want mouse click's volume to be set at low to feel somewhat comfortable.

cmd + tab sound

Love your keyboard simulator! Actually, at this moment I am using profile 2.

I have noticed the sound is muted while pressing cmd + tab to select between different Mac Apps. It could be great to incorporate the sound.

  • alt + other keys = works
  • cmd + tab = works only the first time
  • cmd + tab, tab = doesn't make a keyboard sound.

Kind regards
Jesús

Bug: no MKS sounds in password fields

OS: 10.14.2
Browser: Safari 12.0.2 (reproduces in Chrome 71.0.3578.98)
Issue: no MKS sounds in password fields (sounds work just fine in username fields)

Add MKS to brew cask

It would be nice to add MKS to brew. I am thinking about doing this myself unless someones beat me to it.

Feature Request: Allow to make keystroke louder

I usually use NoisyTyper so I can hear my keystrokes while listening to music. MKS's volume seems much lower than NoisyTyper. It would be nice to be able to make the keystrokes even louder.

Workaround: Lowering the volume of the background music.

PS: Thanks for writing an alternative to NoisyTyper, I was considering writing my own, now there is MKS. :)

MKS 1.5 dmg is corrupted

Hi,

I am getting this error with build 1.5. Also, I noticed that the DMG doubled in size to 4.3MB. I have not checked why the size changed.
