Sure. As long as the license is included in the source tree as you've done. If they all share the same license you could also include this in the root of the x42-plugins tree.

At the end of that day (in Fedora at least) whatever license is used in the source trumps any accompanying license file. As I said, not a big deal. There is no question as to how your software is licensed.
