I try to check this, fixing the issue with database path is simple, addind HostsDefaults.ContentKey but I need to check also the behavior with embebded resources in the UI.

I have a solution for this, but I'm waiting for any response about OnStarting and In-Process model bug I filled on dotnet/aspnetcore#4505 related with embedded resources and OnStarting response

I push a new commit 809f833 with fix for in-process model hosting. This take some time to build, execute tests and create nuget packages.

Check for new 2.2.4 package version of AspNetCore.HealthChecks.UI and please, if all is working close this issue,

@unaizorrilla a quick check seems like everything is working correctly. I'll do some more testing on Monday but for now it looks like its fixed.
