Well, I try to improve because other people also talk ok this. My idea is add a optin to configure the SQLite connection string. With this you can change the path and also work on memory instead of with static files.

I would like to be able to save it to specific directory in the structure instead of root

Fixed, this feature is available on 2.2.5 version of HealthChecks.UI.
