XAML previewing issue in MatchResultsFormPage about sport

There are XAML previewer issues throughout the app. This is due to bugs in the previewer and the fact that a lot of the source code needs to be refactored to consider non-state, meaning the ViewModel's main data object is null in Preview mode.

There is no "IsPreview" flag to even let you know you're in preview mode so it's difficult to know what context your code is being rendered in. Designers/Previewers should not require project source code updates to operate property.

I see this more as an issue w/ the Forms Previewer. We cannot expect every Forms project to adhere to coding requirements of the Forms Previewer.
