It is an old one but I'm currently looking how xapi db versioning is working so that's why I'm asking ;)
Edit: And to be honest I first saw a commit the 25th of January (I looked through git where datamodel_common.ml was modified) so I thought it was a new release but in fact it is 2022 (I just notice we copying the commit version). But the question remains because if it is a new version after stockholm it should increases the minor to the next hundred.

The yangtze_release_schema_minor_vsn is just a reference to schema version as it was for the Yangtze release. And schema_minor_vsn is the current schema version.

Yangtze was not a major version, but an update on Stockholm after which Stockholm itself was no longer updated. So we didn't need the gap in versions.
