Never mind, if you want to use celery along with fcm, you should pass only json serializable objects. You shouldn't pass FCMDevice

eg:
The right way to do it is as shown below, pass the userid, or device id as list or as json serializable object.
task.py

@shared_task
def send_push_notification(title, body, user_id: list):
   
    devices = FCMDevice.objects.filter(user__id__in=user_tags)
    message = Message( notification=Notification(title=title, body=body))
    devices.send_message(message)
