firmware model not detected because maybe of busybox about bcmon

Hello my bcmon says no detected firmware there is no tools and no the last 
thing im using a sgs5 sm-900f and its rooted and running 4.4.2 some way to fix 
it

firmware model         :not detected
installed tools verion :0
installed fw version   :0
i m using xperia l
with lolipop 5.0.2 cyanogen 12
