[Request] When hitting return key 2 or x times insert element and disable return-key about medium-editor

I've been working on this a bit. Currently just disallows multiple blank paragraphs but it shouldn't be too hard to make it insert a new hr above the blank paragraph. If anyone else needs this I'd appreciate looking at it and helping with code or tests(i suck at testing JS).

@tkjaergaard I can't reproduce what you said about medium.com when I hit the return key 2 times, it does nothing like you say.

BTW there is now a disableDoubleReturn option that can disable mutliple empty lines.
