caffemodel需要自己重新训练一个，因为我更改了prototxt文件。

我用我自己的车牌数据转成HDF5文件时，发现generate_car.py文件中，有对img进行transpose(img，(2,0,1))操作，小白不是很理解，能解释一下这个预处理么？

@marshgrid 这个是把三通道的3，放到一个数据维度的意思。以匹配n * c * h * w的c
