As mentionned in the linked PR, I'm still not too sure how to handle this best, whether to fail on completely empty files, files that contain only empty resources, files that contain at least one empty resources.. 🤔 :(

@yannh I think the best way to handle it is by copying the kubectl behavior for this.
If you will try to deploy an empty file -> kubectl will fail
from kubeconform.
