Reading your code I can't see how you're using multitask learning. It isn't well explained in the paper in my humble opinion. Can you elaborate on this? Where does the cell count label 'c' come from? Is there a dedicated output layer to generate this label? Surely you don't do mean shift clustering at every training iteration?

I try to operate it, i have download source code and ADMIA13 image, ground-truth. According README.txt, i finished first 3 steps, but when doing last step, it appeared errors(you can see picture). I guess problem maybe from public data, but i am not sure. Please check it.

According to your paper, you said that your model has a better result than others, but why you didn't show the result of dataset A13 of ICPR2014. As we know, the test dataset is consisting of A06, A08,A09,A13, A19.
I think it maybe a mistake?
