民政部的原始数据确实存在一些错误，我目前也对原始数据做了一些最小的修正，具体可以参见原始数据勘误。因为修正需要时间，修正太多维护起来也比较麻烦，我暂时不会做更多的修正，等到以后有条件时再考虑。你提到的数据平台的工作也有一些缺陷，例如公众无法自由获取数据、存在一些矫枉过正的问题，后续若需要参考这个平台的工作必须加以注意。
