Yes, I can help you.
The problem occurred is because you were running on Windows OS. Please look at this line: https://github.com/yi/node-ticket-manager/blob/master/package.json#L30
The npm start command sets a unix enviroment varialbe: DEBUG=ticketman* to allow output of debug information. But windows doesn't allow this syntax, that's why it failed to launch.
So please simplily change: https://github.com/yi/node-ticket-manager/blob/master/package.json#L30 to:
"start": "./node_modules/.bin/nodemon lib/server.js",
and then run it again.
