Save the visual dictionary about find-object

It would be possible to save the dictionary. However, we should assume that 
Feature2D and NearestNeighbor parameters won't change, otherwise the dictionary 
will be regenerated.

Data dumped should be identified with related parameters to avoid errors when 
loading the dictionary with a different config file.

Ideas:
"File -> Save session"
-Files saved:
SessionA/
   |SessionInfo.ini (parameters)
   |Dictionary.txt  (words)
   |Index.txt       (objects <-> words)
   |1.png
   |2.png
   |1_features.txt (keypoints)
   |2_features.txt (keypoints)

"File -> Load session"
- Should delete the current dictionary/objects
- Select the SessionInfo.ini file to load the session
- Update current parameters with those in the saved SessionInfo.ini of the 
session

For the console version, an argument could be set to load a specified session 
when starting.

Implemented in r418 and r419 (console). For convenience, only a single file 
(*.bin) is created with parameters, vocabulary and objects included.
