相同的问题，走代理了。

看了下，我觉得大概率是因为走代理的时候，代理服务器的地址填写的是localhost，这种做法是不会经过防火墙的，但是如果把localhost换成127.0.0.1就会让防火墙生效了，方便试一下么？
我一直是这样设置的，还是不行

@Crys-Chen clash不要用系统代理，改成tun模式就不会有这种情况了

方便运行下这个命令：
Get-NetFirewallRule | Export-Csv -Path "./firewall-rules.csv"
然后把firewall-rules.csv文件贴出来么？
