When you run train.py or eval.py, .:tf_hardcode:slim should have been added to PYTHONPATH, see:

env = {
'PYTHONPATH': '.:tf_hardcode:slim',
'CUDA_VISIBLE_DEVICES': '0',
}

new_env.update(env)

p = subprocess.Popen(args, env=new_env, shell=False)

Actually it just occurred to me that learning.py is in the tf_hardcore folder. For some reason, it's not recognized. I had to add the path to the folder to sys.path.
