FE-project

What is this project?

In FE-Project, we develop a library for fluid simulations with the discontinuous Galerkin method (DGM). We also provide sample programs and atmospheric models for meteorological simulations.

Modify the vertical coordinate of 2D nonhydrostatic atmospheric model in order to treat mountain.

Add some modules for 2D cubed sphere in order to treat the spherical calculation domain.

Refactor source codes to set the initial data.

The program reads some output data by model with DG output, and also reads the reference data which is, for example, the result from calculation with higher resolution. After performing interpolation of read data, numerical error of target data is evaluated and reported.
