when I download the war package and deploy it on tomcat 6, start the tomcat
but it's failure, could you pls. tell what do I have to do when I want to
install it on Windows platform. Thanks.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. send a mail with minig webmail
2. read this mail in minig webmail
3. no problem when a mail is sent with thunderbird

instead of "é" I have "?". Tried to change apache default charset to UTF-8
and ISO-8859-1 : same issue
