客户端有个参数可以控制，先看看够不够用

嗯，我查了一下源码，看到有环境变量SSR_INTERVAL 可以控制上报频率
现在就剩下前端页面控制请求频率了

前端 qps 1 请求已经很低了，平时不打开就是0 qps， 嫌高的话，server 可以扔到一些云平台去部署
