This is maybe due of the default keys' F5 to F8 are considered in mod colors. Same for numpad.
Regarding numpad it's normal but i might be wrong for frow. Your thoughts ?

In fact, in Fro.Yo there's no mod
color. So those F5-F8 keys keep the previous mod
color when switching to Fro.Yo unless I list them in specialKeys
and attribute them the base
color.

Yes that's the problem. We gotta admit a "basic" color map.
