Some way of having some tasks become more urgent more quickly

The current priority metric is very simple: tasks are ordered by how long it has been since they were last done. I'm finding one problem with this is that while the tasks I use this for are all somewhat flexible wrt exactly when they get done, some are more so than others. For example, for lifting weights, I have this set to an every 2 days task, but really my goal is to do it at least twice a week. It's not super important whether it's Tuesday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday, but frequently slipping to once a week really undermines the activity, so it should probably get more urgent quickly as it becomes more overdue, so that after a day or two it skips past tasks like cleaning the microwave, which can more easily stand to wait a few more days. One simple way to approximate this is to square the overdue length for sorting purposes for these "more urgent" tasks, and I think I want to give this a try. One thing I'm not sure of is what to call this in the UI; I feel like there ought to be a more approachable way to present this than just having "quadratic" in a dropdown, but I also want to keep the algorithm fairly transparent.

Done, in the form of a new "Urgency growth rate" field. I did end up just labeling the options linear & quadratic, for now.
