For the most part zdiscord is built safety first, even some features that could be added like adding discord roles from fivem are intentionally not built in by default for this extra security. All of the exports are informative only.
If whitelisting is enabled the only way to get in is by having the role configured in discord which is entirely on discord and your server staff when it comes to security. anything that's actually dangerous are under the "god" permission tier.
As long as everything is fairly stock and configured properly it is fairly secure against "hackers" as far as I'm aware. There have been no complaints over the years about people exploiting zdiscord to get into or deal damage to a server.
