Unable to upgrade to Laravel 10 about laravel-promocodes

I have created a Pull request to upgrade to Laravel 10,
the upgrade will work on both V10 and V9.
so no breaking changes

You are welcome to use my repo

you have to add it to your required

You need to add the url also
