ya, right now that cannot be done currently, need to expose it from the add uri dialog

well, now you can. Go to advance options when adding download and set the http header.

Adding HTTP header is supported and I really appreciate that. But how can I specify a file name like -o 'archlinux-2013.06.01-dual.iso' did? Adding a feature to parse command line options is strongly recommended.
