ThinkPHP5的运行环境要求PHP5.4以上。

开发环境

• XAMPP for Windows 5.5.x
• PHPStorm2017.3.2
• mysql Ver 15.1 Distrib 10.1.26-MariaDB, for Win32 (AMD64)
