Make A Web Client For Command Input about cellbots

We have a very basic one now with an embedded video and a Google Talk Gadget 
but this 
is just a step towards something where the user doesn't have to type in 
commands.

I have started work creating an app engine project. 

Main improvement will be an xmpp client and allowing javascript to send 
messages from
mouse clicks, movement, etc. 

Code will be committed soon.
