Initiate Video Streaming Remotely about cellbots

We've tested with Bambuser, but it is not baked into the code. We simply launch 
the 
cellbots scripts and then go launch Bambuser. It works well enough but it would 
be 
great to find an app that supports being launched remotely via API call. 
Bambuser 
currently does not but I've submitted the request to them.

I have some code now to try launching Bambuser from the Python script. Will 
test it and
