Why not?
That's a shortcut button, very similar to add "hole axis", which adds an axis in the right location based on a selected circle around the hole.
Why do we need the "hole axis" button when we have the general button to add a coordinate system to a part?

The implementation will be very similar to the ASM4 measure tool (for distance), but instead of showing the dialog it should update the position of a part in the assembly.
