Support Character Card V2 spec about character-editor

There has been 0 updates to this repository in past 10 months so it's highly unlikely there will be V2 version for this.

Definitely something I want to see as well... there's quite a lot to the V2 spec, so even if @ZoltanAI could start small and add selective features like alternate greetings, as it's a really cool feature that shouldn't be too hard to implement.

I was just about to come in here to make suggestions about character books/world books, but that's all included in those specs so I guess I can just add a "me too" to this one. I've been using a local AI for doing worldbuilding for an RPG setting and these lists of tagged "facts" are super useful.
