Getting started with NetApp.Security

• Call the followings in Startup:

   services.AddEncryptionService(options => {
         options.Key=Configuration.GetValue<string>("Encryption:Key");
         options.Iv = Configuration.GetValue<string>("Encryption:Iv");
     });
     services.AddLdapService(options => {
         Configuration.GetSection("Ldap").Bind(options);
     });
