导入eclipse非maven项目
- 首先 File -> New -> Module from exist source , 选择eclipse导入
- 在 File -> Project setting -> Libraries 中导入/WebRoot/WEB-INF/libs/内的jar包，（编译器需要识别）。
像这样给项目添加web，并配置web.xml的位置和资源的目录（WebRoot）

在 Project setting 界面，将其web项目部署（Artifacts）。

添加一个tomcat，将web项目部署到里面。
