Triangle Fields

A sketch plugin for generating a Delaunay Tessellation from a selected shape.

Installation

• Download the plugin repository
• Unzip the repo, and double-click the triangle-fields.sketchplugin file
• Set your parameters, select a shape, click 'Generate', and off you go!

Generation Options

• Random

An evenly distributed random field.

• Random-Parabolic:

A random distribution with a higher probability of points being generated near the centroid of the selected shape.

• Grid

Points evenly distributed on a cartesian plane.

• Radial

Points evenly distributed on a polar coordinate system with the center being the centroid of the selected shape.

triangle-fields's Issues

Plugin not working for me in Sketch 52.2

Hi there,

I've just downloaded and installed your plugin in Sketch 52.2, but unfortunately, it isn't working for me.

The plugin parameters popup appears and I can select the settings I want etc, but then when I click the 'Generare Triangles' button nothing happens, and I just get a message saying 'Selection must be a shape!' - even though I definitely have a shape selected.

After installing the plugin it immediately had an update, which I have run to no avail, and I have also tried this with all the different shapes and get the same issue each time.

Appcast points to non-existing file

The current appcast file points to https://github.com/0la0/triangle-fields/releases/download/v2.0.1/triangle-field.sketchplugin.zip, but that shows a 404 error on GitHub.
