Hello, I followed the instructions to install the service, but when attempting to start the service, I get the following:

The googles to fix say install the package....but it is installed, and while troubleshooting I installed it for pip3 as well with no resolution.

Running it manually from commandline works fine. Its just running it from the service that throws the error.
