上传后meta无法查看对应文件信息
示例meta：bd:pg:3de3ccf93ff6188bf36f5a7ed1e2ab8171c8e335
上传的时候显示正常，但是之后就打不开了。

这个问题也在其他地方出现（2022.08.01发现），出于条件原因，我无法验证是账号问题还是b站对上传的图片进行了处理，故来求助。
已经尝试过的：
- 3个账号，以前都传过大文件，现在不行。
- 用github actions环境测试，也是不行。
- 用了自己维护的项目，同样问题。
