fomo3d修改版本
本代码核心部分从fomo3d摘取过来，分拆，按照类来存放。然后按照我的理解，裁剪了一部分的代码，特别是把跟p3d相关的东西去掉。然后重新命名了一些合约。把otherF3D_的相关逻辑干掉了，那部分收益给了社区。
