Abstract language module references in Main.gs

Since we can deal with any number of languages, we'd need to choose the language module at runtime to keep the code short and simple.

I attempted to use an associative array (language names/identifiers for keys and module references for values), but it looks like the module's fields are missing after assigning the module to a variable. Not sure if it's an initialization problem, if I'm missing a concept from interpreted languages or that Google Script just won't let me do that! I've also tried many other ways to wrap fields in containers, but the result is always the same. Some of the code was left around for the sake of having an example, mostly in Global.gs where the language agnostic settings are.
