OptrisTools is a set of tools to process the data collected from an Optris Pi640.

OptrisCtrl-onRaspPi gathers tools to grab frame form the camera and save it to a the connected device in the raw format.

OptrisProcessing_fromHost gathers the tools to convert the raw file to a netcdf. A docker is available to run on CERTEC camera.

This will get the docker image and do the convesion on the file located in the current directory. It is configured to work with calibration file of the CERTEC optris camera.
