I got this message:

The date should still be March 3rd.

The code base is an absolute mess, and could use a substantial refactoring.

Can be seen as recurring errors of deleted chats in the sender.

Check spx_info_str_gen() and database schema. Probably related to issue #1.

Compressing the messages should substantially increase the throughput Telegram allows the bot to do. This could be combined with a "More information" button, that displays e.g. the current launch information text.

Case: if a launch gets postponed from its old T-0 to exactly T+24 hours, the postpone notification does not get sent, as the notification gets marked as missed (==sent) in the database.

Ideally, if the two overlap, send a postpone notification and skip the regular notification.
