asc-key-to-qr-code's Issues

Please consider information in the picture

Hi,
to prevent users from mixing up the printouts, it would be great if one could give a string that would be included in the .png picture such as "GnuPG key 2017-08-31 $ID".
While we're at it ,the string could include an indication about which QR code in which order this is such as "2 of 3".
Those information can be coded in the file name, but if one decides to print the QR code, the information needs to be in the picture or one has to fiddle around with libreoffice, building a document containing the info and the imported PNG:
Greetings
Marc

please make the QR codes nearly equal size

Hi,

currently, asc2qr.sh generates the first QR codes in the maximum possible size. Those are probably hard to read. Please consider splitting up the input data in equally sizes chunks to reduce the challenges of scanning the QR codes.

Greetings
Marc

Please put a white border around the generated QR code

Hi,

when printing the QR codes from KDE's okular, okular feels that it is appropriate to put a black border immediately around the QR code. I believe this is the cause for qr2asc refusing to decode the printed and scanned QR code, see attachment.

Please consider putting a reasonably size white border around the generated picture so that okular doesn't break the printed code.

Greetings
Marc

P.S. The attached key is incomplete and only a test key.
