mmr's Issues

example of trades for options and conditional/bracket orders

Hi there,

This isn't so much a technical issue as something that I don't see in your readme which would be really important. How would you enter trades for options as IBRK uses the full option chain 'naming' convention?

As well, how would we use your CLI to enter conditional orders, for example: if NVDA stock triggers $900, place BUY MRKT order for ATM option.

Will your CLI also allow for bracket orders? IBKR API does allow for bracket orders where it will simultaneously also place a stop loss and take profit orders. Thank you in advance and great work!

Why not using Zipline as backtested and trading Algo

Hi

why not using Zipline (or Zipline-reloded) as a backtested and trading engine? (there are several books for introduction )
There are several ad on, for example for fundamental data -> see https://github.com/pbharrin/alpha-compiler
As well there is already a connection to IB and alpaca -> Zipline Trader
There was as well a comment for someone who had integrated option data
What's missing is a good connection to different data provider...
And everything is a bit all over GitHub and not integrated and maintained in one place...
