Anhar is the framework for HTML applications or application based on HTML. Supported by CSS and Javascript, make anhar possibly load more applications in one file. Then the Cookie usage as the storage of settings and temporary data. So that, very recommended to activate the cookie at the Browser as this Anhar framework is running.

Simple but useful enough, because the purpose of development by creating the framework of Anhar is only for Islam.
