There are two commits in this repo, one with Aspire on 13.1.3, the second with Aspire on 13.2.1.
Open the solution in Visual Studio 2026 or Visual Studio Insiders and set a breakpoint in Program.cs of the
Functions App and start a debugging session. You will see that debugging works when using 13.1.3 but fails on 13.2.1. You can also try 13.2.0
and see that debugging the Function App fails when on 13.2.x but succeeds when using 13.1.3.
