E-Bike light head which only works with CAN bus. 250 kBit 24-60V DC, three cables, rear/brake light and high beam button. OEM item, bought on eBay: https://www.ebay.de/itm/166902950890
~17.7mA idle current @ 24V DC
DLR / Low Beam switching is controlled via brightness sensor by the light head itself. Low Beam brightness can be controlled via CAN "Speed" message when Speed flag is set.
High beam and brake light can be controlled via NO (normally open) switch or CAN message. (Brake light actually works without CAN)
Status messages are sent periodically when the light is turned on: cansend can0 '400#01'
Shoutout to Supernova support for promptly responding to my e-mail with the "SpecificationMifa.txt" and the two images.
tui.py is a vibe-coded Python3 UI to control the M99 Pro light via USB to CAN Bus adapter.
