The easiest way to run the app is to start visual studio and start new instances of the PokerHandKata.Web and PokerHandKata.Client projects

If running from the command line, navigate to the solution directory. You can use the following command to start the web api:

dotnet run --project PokerHandKata.Web

And the following command to start the blazor client

dotnet run --project PokerHandKata.Client
