Serves 2 purposes:

1. I grew tired of people thinking I was wasting my time and commit logs on the "wrong" lists.
   
2. A place to move Nordic Filters and Serbo-Croatian Filters if the main repo gets deleted by the site for unrelated lists that have nothing to do with those 2.
