Redirects a user-mode x64 Windows exe's writes to the user registry and C:\Users into a Data folder next to the exe

1. git submodule update --init --recursive, then scripts\build.cmd.
2. Copy out\PortableLauncher.exe and out\PortableRuntime.dll next to the target exe.
3. Add PortableSettings.ini beside them: [launcher] and target = example.exe.
4. Launch through PortableLauncher.exe.

Running the target exe directly bypasses redirection. This is best-effort isolation for offline, user-owned software, not a security sandbox.
